KMC Athlete Andy McMillin piloted his #31 Trophy Truck to a win at the 51st SCORE International Baja 500. The race took place in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. McMillin coming off his win at the San Felipe 250 started first off the line out of Estero Beach Resort and continued to lead the whole way. Andy led the 485.02-mile race from start-to-finish with an overall time of 9 hours, 49 minutes, and 12 seconds. He averaged 49.39 miles per hour while beating out 244 other competitors. This is McMillin’s third Baja 500 win which matches both his father Scott McMillin and uncle Mark McMillin who both have three Baja 500 wins as well. It’s safe to say racing is in Andy’s blood, and we can expect to continue seeing him push the sport to new limits in his new AWD Mason built Trophy Truck set to debut at the Best in the Desert Vegas to Reno race in August.
